PACKAGING

  • All prints are carefully packaged in clear archival bags then placed in flat rigid mailing envelopes designed to prevent bending to ensure your print arrives safely.

SHIPPING

  • Please note that all prints are made to order and shipped by the amazing team at Image Science in North Melbourne, VIC. Please allow a 1-2 week turnaround from time of ordering (of course I hope it will arrive much earlier!).
  • I offer a flat rate of $10 Australia wide. 
 

REFUND POLICY

  • As all of the artwork is produced upon order, I do not offer a return on any artwork except where required under Australian law. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me in the first instance so I can work to resolve this with you.
  • If your artwork is unfortunately damaged in transit, a replacement piece/s will be reproduced and redelivered to you. Please send an email with a photo of the damaged piece to hello@littlekiddo.com.au within 24 hours of receiving.
